Please review all delivery address information before you submit an order, as incomplete address information or phone numbers may delay delivery.
- Please check our business hours.
- All orders will be delivered in Ottawa and the surrounding area within 3 business hours of their receipt.
- Orders received on Sunday are delivered Monday morning. If special considerations are required for delivery on Sunday, please notify us and our staff will make every effort to accommodate you.
- Beaudry Silk Greenhouse takes online orders for deliveries in Ottawa and the surrounding area.
- We are also members of multiple wire companies and have established relationships with many florists around the U.S.A. and Canada.
- We can also provide flower deliveries internationally.
- Please note that flowers cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes and some rural areas, and there are no flower deliveries on Sundays or holidays.
Substitution may be necessary to ensure your arrangement is delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention will be given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.
- There shall be no substitution in type of arrangement; that is, no change in size or shape.
- In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown in the online catalog will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal value.
- When substitution is necessary, the utmost care will be taken to maintain the overall effect of the arrangement illustrated in the online catalog. For example, spiked flowers might be substituted for spikes and round flowers for round.
- In one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as roses, the variety is of first importance, preceding color in this instance only.
- All containers, baskets and pots will be chosen from our stock in the store. Every effort will be made to match the item shown online.
Beaudry Silk Greenhouse guarantees to deliver quality silk or fresh floral arrangements. A professional florist makes each arrangement to value in the region of delivery. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product as delivered, please notify us immediately and we'll replace or refund your order.
Beaudry Silk Greenhouse is a subsidiary of Flora Bell Stores Inc. and hence all privacy policy related statements apply to Beaudry Silk Greenhouse and all other subsidiaries of Flora Bella Stores Inc.

Cardholder provided Information:
Our electronic purchase service requires that cardholders provide contact information (including without limitation: name, address, city, state or province, postal code, country, telephone and email), and financial information (including without limitation: name on credit card, credit card number and expiry date), and ordering information. This information is collected and used to process the transaction and for internal accounting and other procedures. Following a transaction, we may contact cardholders by phone or email for security purposes.
Information Automatically Collected:
Our Web site keeps track of usage data, such as the source address that a page request is coming from, your IP address or domain name, the date and time of the page request, the referring Web site (if any) and other parameters in the URL. The IP addresses we collect on our electronic purchase service are linked to personally identifiable information. This is collected in order to combat fraud during the purchase process. We also use this data to better understand Web site usage in the aggregate so that we know what areas of our Web site users prefer. Automatically collected information is also used for the same purposes as cardholder supplied and merchant supplied information.
Sharing of Information:
In the case of the sympathy arrangements ordered online, Flora Bella Stores, certain information submitted through the electronic purchase service (excluding credit card numbers) is shared with the Funeral Home we are partnered with. Information is also shared with other parties necessary to complete credit card transactions, including, without limitation, companies related to Flora Bella Stores, credit card companies, credit card clearing houses and processors, and financial institutions.
Except for the Funeral Home we are partnered with, and for use by Flora Bella Stores' consultants and professional advisers on Flora Bella Stores' behalf for the uses disclosed herein, Flora Bella Stores does not share personal information with any other third parties. Flora Bella Stores may, however, provide to third parties aggregate or statistical information that does not disclose personally identifiable information. Flora Bella Stores may disclose personal information to another entity purchasing (including for diligence purposes prior to purchase) the assets of Flora Bella Stores, providing that entity abides by this or a similar privacy policy.
Contact Us / Email Inquiries:
No information sent to Flora Bella Stores via email or the website inquiry form or order form is used for any other reason than to respond to and maintain a record of the inquiry or to fulfill the order. This information is not sent to third parties or retained for mailing list purposes.
Security:
Flora Bella Stores takes measures to protect and keep information secure. Our area on InternetSecure's Merchant environment, application form and electronic purchase service are secured with SSL encryption. Verisign through InternetSecure has supplied us with digital certificates for our Web sites. All information collected by InternetSecure is held offline, secured via SSL encryption, and protected by a firewall. Whenever sensitive information is transmitted to InternetSecure through our Web site, such as a credit card number, our server provides 128-bit encryption of the information as it travels across the Internet. InternetSecure restricts internal access to personal information to selected members of InternetSecure's staff.
Third Party Dispute Resolution:
Flora Bella Stores Inc. is committed to resolving disputes quickly and efficiently. In the event that a dispute cannot be settled through our normal internal processes, Flora Bella Stores Inc. is committed to using an independent third party dispute resolution process.
In the event the issue relates to private information, Flora Bella Stores Inc. will not use or distribute any private information without express permission. All disputes in arbitration will be resolved under the laws of Ontario.
